1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LABRIX, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at labrix24.com, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LABRIX, LLC provides the following services:

  • Drug testing (DOT and Non-DOT) including urine, hair follicle, nail, and BAT screening
  • DNA testing (legal and personal) including PET DNA testing kits
  • Background checks (three-tier packages)
  • Fingerprinting (digital Live Scan and ink)
  • Medical courier services (specimen transport, chain-of-custody delivery)
  • Sale of testing supplies and PET DNA kits

All services are subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Drug Testing: Same-day testing available. Walk-ins welcome. Appointments recommended for faster service.
  • DNA Testing: Requires at least 72 hours advance notice. Appointment required — no walk-ins for DNA collection.
  • Fingerprinting: Walk-ins welcome. Appointments recommended for groups.
  • General: We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may be required to reschedule.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless you have an established business account with approved credit terms.
  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe, QuickBooks, and PayPal.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Custom bundles and volume pricing are available upon request — contact us for a quote.
  • Sales tax may apply where required by law.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. DNA testing appointments require 72 hours notice for rescheduling due to staff and lab coordination.
  • Refunds for Testing Services: Refunds for completed testing services are not available once the specimen has been collected and submitted to the laboratory. If a test cannot be processed due to laboratory error, a recollection will be scheduled at no additional charge.
  • Refunds for Products: Unopened PET DNA testing kits and testing supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Opened kits are not eligible for return.
  • Background Checks: Once a background check has been initiated and the candidate's information has been submitted for processing, fees are non-refundable.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LABRIX, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on test results, background check reports, or any other information provided through our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. LABRIX, LLC acts as a collection and coordination service — final testing, analysis, and reporting are performed by certified third-party laboratories and agencies.

7. FCRA & Background Check Disclosures

Background check services are provided in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By ordering a background check, you certify that:

  • You have a permissible purpose under the FCRA for obtaining the report.
  • You have obtained written authorization from the individual being screened.
  • You will not use the information in violation of any federal or state equal employment opportunity laws.
  • You will follow the FCRA adverse action process if the report influences an adverse decision.

8. Confidentiality & Test Results

Test results are confidential and will only be released to authorized parties as specified in consent forms and applicable laws. LABRIX maintains HIPAA compliance for all protected health information. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties who gain unauthorized access to information through no fault of LABRIX.

9. Drug Testing — DOT Compliance

DOT drug testing services are performed in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 and applicable agency regulations (FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, USCG). It is the employer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable DOT requirements, including random testing rates, record keeping, and reporting obligations. LABRIX facilitates specimen collection and coordination with certified laboratories but does not assume the employer's regulatory obligations.

10. Medical Courier — Chain of Custody

Our medical courier services maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols. While we exercise the utmost care in handling and transporting specimens, LABRIX is not liable for specimen degradation or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic incidents, or improper packaging by the sending facility.

11. Website Use

  • You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
  • The content on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or employment advice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the LABRIX website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LABRIX, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The LABRIX name and logo are trademarks of LABRIX, LLC.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LABRIX, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
